The absence of ironing facilities!!! The dim lighting in the rooms needs addressing!!! Leaving car keys on top of the car in an open garage feels insecure!!!

Positive, Great location within walking distance to shopping. Staff quickly helped with everything. The breakfast was solid, with plenty of options. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy. Loved the nearby restaurants too! 😊

Couple getaway with some issues
The staff were super helpful when we asked about local attractions they even went out of their way to arrange a taxi for us which was a nice touch. The breakfast was decent enough with boiled eggs and some vegetables to keep us going.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the overall experience we got I'd say it was still acceptable.

The underground parking provided peace of mind, ensuring my vehicle was safe throughout the stay! I adored my room on the top floor, complete with a balcony that let me experience the beautiful call to prayer. Breakfast was a delightful display of Turkish delicacies, satisfying and filling, while the staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met!

The Standard Twin Room was okay but could've been better for a four-star place. The bed was comfy, which was nice. the bathroom had mold everywhere and the door frame was damaged. When I brought it up to reception, they didn’t seem too bothered. It’s frustrating when you expect cleaner facilities in hotels.

Great location and spacious rooms
The hotel is ideally located just a 2-minute walk from Kent Maydan and the mall, making it super convenient for shopping and exploring. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, and having an underground garage gave me peace of mind regarding my rental car's safety. While the breakfast had decent options, a bit more variety would have been appreciated.
